AAG’s 2014 elections will take place through an online voting system again this year, opening Jan. 31, and closing Feb. 28. The online procedure makes voting easier for AAG members, and votes cast online are conveniently managed, confidential, secure, backed-up, and certified.

All eligible voters will receive an email with an ID voting password and a link to a voting page where they will authenticate their identity, so it’s important to make sure AAG has your preferred and updated email address.

Members who prefer to opt-out of online voting may request a paper ballot. Voters who choose this option will not have access to the online voting system. Requests for paper ballots must be received by AAG by January 24, 2014. To request a paper ballot, please contact Michelle Ledoux, AAG Membership Director, at 202-234-1450, ext.133 or by email at membership [at] aag [dot] org. Paper ballots must be received at the AAG headquarters by Feb. 28.
